Seven parts, and what each one won’t do.
Every part lists its limit as plainly as its purpose. If you’re evaluating this seriously, the limits are the more useful half.
- 01Quote source hub
Brings quotes in from a CSV or XLSX export, an email inbox, or a connected quoting tool. Columns are mapped once and remembered.
It reads your quotes. It does not write back into your quoting tool.
- 02Opportunity engine
Scores every open quote on value, age, whether the customer ever replied, and whether anyone followed up — then orders the queue by what is worth working.
Scoring is deterministic and inspectable. It is not a black box ranking.
- 03The agent
Writes the follow-up, reads the reply, classifies what the customer actually asked, and decides the next move within the rules you set.
It cannot change a price, invent availability, or take a payment.
- 04Inbox
Every conversation in one thread view, with the agent's reasoning attached to each message it sent — intent, rule check, tool, outcome.
You can take over any conversation mid-thread. The agent stands down.
- 05Needs you
The queue of conversations the agent deliberately would not handle: an unrecognised question, a discount request, anything outside its authority.
This queue existing is the point. An agent with nothing to escalate is not being careful.
- 06Calendar
Reads real availability before anything is offered, so a booking the agent proposes is a booking you can keep.
Through a verified connection only. It never guesses a slot.
- 07Revenue attribution
Ties a won job back to the follow-up that recovered it, so you can see what the system actually returned rather than taking its word for it.
Attributed once, to one cause. No double counting across channels.

A sequence sends message three on day nine whatever happened on day eight. Recloseify reads the reply, works out what the customer actually asked, checks what it is allowed to do about it, and then acts.
You can see every step it took, and the rule that stopped it going further.
